Understand project requirements and evaluate potential partners to meet these needs. Negotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing relationships to ensure performance standards are met. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics, including KPIs and SLAs. Ensure that partnership deliverables align with project goals and cost/output expectations. Report on partnership performance and any issues that arise. Framework Adherence: Work within an established framework to manage partnership programs. Follow existing processes and guidelines rather than creating new ones.Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience working with SaaS companies is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships and vendor relationships effectively. Experience with contingent labor and IT services is highly desirable. Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to track performance metrics and manage performance against KPIs and SLAs. Proficiency in using frameworks and guidelines provided for managing projects. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. About the job Must have experience working with a SaaS company!! They will serve as an end-to-end owner on partnership programs specifically in the contingent labor and IT service space. They will be responsible for understanding project needs, the researching and evaluating potential partners to satisfy the need. As the finalize a partner, they will handle the negotiation on partnership terms and manage the relationship in terms of performance (KPIs, SLAs, etc.). They will also work to track artifacts or products to ensure they can report on the overall cost/output. The goal would be to work within the framework provided, vs someone who would be more strategic about building process while they have some maturity to build, they prefer to have someone that can follow a framework instead of creating it.
