Contractor will be responsible for providing their own workstation and software when working offsite. SCOPE OF WORK: SMUD is seeking a professional services resource to provide GIS (AutoCAD) Technical Analyst services. Contractor is expected to work independently to do the following: Day to Day tasks support: 1. Install Autodesk Packages from Software Center, Approve Licenses and access to Production ACAD profiles. 2. Troubleshoot Autodesk apps in case of issue (windows, Software Center, etc.). 3. Write/Update LISP routines when needed. 4. Troubleshoot Profile Issues (Update Profiles if needed). 5. Troubleshoot Plotter issues. 6. Administer Production Server Profiles to tailor business needs. 7. Administer Licenses. Application Upgrade tasks: 1. Request Tests machines (as needed). 2. Download and test all required software (roughly 13 executables) and hotfixes. 3. Work with ESS to update packages with those executables. 4. Work with business to clean up their support files on server SWPVENGSW06. 5. Create new Environment for Profiles on server SWPVENGSW06. 6. Recreate Profiles (several profiles total). 7. Update current configurators. 8. Test interfaces with other applications (e.g., McLaren). 9. Work with Teams get the application tested. Mandatory Requirements 1. Minimum 3 years direct AutoCAD development, configuration, administrative experience 2. Must have LISP routine development experience 3.
