Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for web and mobile ecommerce platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the UI aligns with business goals and user needs. Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines. Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers. Oversee A/B testing, user feedback integration, and continuous design optimization. Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards and best practices. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI Manager or Senior UI Designer, ideally within the ecommerce sector. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design translates to development. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in a hybrid (onsite/remote) team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in agile and iterative development processes. Familiarity with user research and data-driven design processes.
