Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of P2P business system processes, with a focus on cross-functional data needs and the impact of process changes or decisions. Develop and deliver training materials for various P2P processes. Continuously identify opportunities to improve P2P capabilities, recommending solutions based on best practices. Perform comprehensive Business Process Modeling (BPM) to ensure process flow integrity, data integrity, and achieve strategic business outcomes. Effectively elicit requirements from users, navigating conversations to uncover the underlying business needs. Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure solutions align with the overall architectural vision. Partner with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, writing functional designs as needed. Take ownership of specific Oracle P2R modules throughout the project lifecycle. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts, defining testing methodologies, developing training materials, analyzing business systems, and understanding other relevant processes. Proactively identify and escalate project dependencies, critical paths, and adjustments to the PMO and workstream leaders. Act as a trusted liaison between business, system integrators, and IT resources. Facilitate meetings, make key decisions, and take ownership of meeting outcomes. Lead or participate in testing activities, providing input into test plans, writing exceptional test scripts and cases, documenting results, and utilizing testing tools effectively. Manage, create, and execute test cases and scenarios. Facilitate and manage testing defect tracking and reporting. Partner with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze current operations, identify improvement areas, and propose solutions. Lead the gathering, analysis, prioritization, and complexity categorization of business requirements. Document and model both "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, analyzing and optimizing requirements to align with the guiding principles of the future state. Organize and facilitate design workshops effectively and efficiently. Translate and communicate requirements clearly between business and IT stakeholders. Evaluate technology capabilities and workflows to determine the feasibility of program and system changes. Act as a liaison between business users, IT development teams, and system implementers. Provide expert consultation on analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance. Collaborate with the business to develop detailed use cases, process flows, prototypes, test cases, and test scenarios to implement high-quality solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on P2R processes. Proven experience with Oracle P2R applications (iProcurement, PO, AP). Strong understanding of Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently. Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
