Role: DevOps Engineer Location:- Remote Type:- contract Responsibilities: Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in IT as a DevOps Engineer Have experience in supporting, implementation and deployment of IT systems Hands on experience with writing automation in a configuration management platform (ansible preferred) Strong experience in troubleshooting any issues, and research if necessary, to resolve the production issues. Experience with deployment, building scripts, and automated deployment solution to deploy changes to systems. Experience in maintaining and supporting Windows or Linux environments Hands on development experience with any of the programming languages: Java, C++, Python, Ruby or OOP language Experience with VMware virtualization and/or other hypervisor platforms Fundamental knowledge of database Experience with version control software and source code repositories such as GIT/TFS a plus. Experience with developing automation against APIs.
