Anticipate and address resistance from employees and teams impacted by the changes. Develop specific plans to mitigate or address points of resistance. Assess change readiness and identify key leaders and sponsors across the organization. Collaborate with the project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan. Apply a methodology to lead change management activities. Support communication efforts, including designing, developing and managing key communications. Provide input and support to our implementation partners on the design and delivery of training programs. Establish a network of user groups and support teams to address user queries post-launch. Measure training the adoption effectiveness and address underperforming areas as needed. Collect feedback from users for ongoing improvements. Foster collaboration and communication working through others, at all levels of the organization, to ensure success of changes Provide regular project updates and status reports to the project team and leadership.
