Required 8 Years Experience with designing business processes for HCM implementation. Required 5 Years At least one hands-on SAP HCM implementation project as a functional or technical lead. Required At least two prior support and enhancements project as a functional or technical lead. Required Experience coding and configuration SAP HCM. Required ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies. Required ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module. Required Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
