One team is focused on Data Modernization initiatives, while the other is dedicated to upgrading their Position Management System. Must haves: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field 5+ years of experience as a scrum master in a technology driven environment, with experience in the financial services industry Ideally an understanding of front office trading (ideally FX) and data management Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors and manage complex, multi-team projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with agile tools such as ADO and Confluence Tasks & Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, and other agile ceremonies for both teams. Ensure adherence to agile principles and practices, and act as a coach to continuously improve team performance and efficiency. Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-team communication, ensuring alignment between agile teams, auxiliary groups & enterprise initiatives. Facilitate communication with external vendors, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and deliverables met. Technical Support Work closely with the teams to understand the technical nuances of their work and work with enterprise teams to support them or remove blockers impeding progress. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the teams work aligns with business objectives. Provide regular updates to leadership on team progress risks and dependencies. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the teams agility, productivity and overall effectiveness. Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
