We are seeking a candidate who has substantial experience in Figma and Wireframes. Job Description: Skills/Experience needed: MS Degree with 5+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer. Must be recent 3+ years of experience with Figma. Experience with Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Vision link is primary application, fleet management, equipment management exp. is nice. Like managing rental cars, managing fleet at enterprise level. Experience as 70% UI and 30% UX. Experience with Consumer related work will NOT work for this role. Knowledge of equipment management or monitoring construction equipment or adjacent. Fleet mgmt. experience. Enterprise related experience needed and NOT ecommerce experience. Heavy attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Production ready designs exp., doing both conceptual and production ready designs.
