Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in ML, Data Science, Software, Full Stack Engineering, or Data Engineering, including roles as an individual contributor, manager, or advisor. 3+ years of experience operationalizing ML applications and designing scalable data pipelines. Proven experience with Generative AI, including work with transformers or LLMs. Strong proficiency in data engineering tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or similar. Experience managing or leading high-performing Agile teams. Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to branches of ML and data engineering. Skill in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements. Bachelors degree in a related field. Nice If You Have: 2+ years of hands-on experience applying large language and generative AI models, including transformers and GPT models. Familiarity with frameworks such as Hugging face, Lang Chain, or GPT. Experience in fine-tuning LLMs for specific business applications. Experience in API design, containerization, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of methods for testing, evaluating, and governing ML models. Experience with Human In The Loop (HITL) systems and ML explainability metrics. Understanding of ML model lifecycle processes and tools. Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data storage solutions (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, Google Big Query). Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices, essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of data pipeline.
