Work with the Technology Adoption team to deliver adoption services through collaborative and supportive interaction. Serve as a consultant on user experience matters such as improving usability of software or applications, understanding pain points and goals of the end user and communicate those to product owners and stakeholders. Use data-driven design techniques, including analytics, data, surveys, and user research to provide information on what would be more effective and user friendly. Follow UX best practices and seeks guidance from senior members when required. Use wireframes, prototypes, and other visual artifacts to illustrate design concepts for projects involving user interfaces. Deliver layouts, navigation, and interactions consistent with UX style guide to ensure our brand consistency. Communicate user goals with personas, customer journey maps, user flows, storyboards, or other tools to represent client needs to developers, product owners and stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Technical Expertise Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in user-centered design and development. Knowledge regarding user research techniques such as user interviews, workshops, and user testing. Knowledge of responsive design and how to apply design to multiple devices. Experience developing functional prototypes as well as prototyping tools such as Axure RP or Adobe XD. Understanding of human-centered design principles. Understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of Agile development practices; exposure to LeanUX a plus. Ability to evaluate solutions based on business need, user need and appropriate technology. Ability to communicate with audiences of different technical ability and interest. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Extremely detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple, critical tasks concurrently. Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a contributing team member. A self-starter able to administer a number of open, ongoing assignments at any one time, where some assignments are routinely unstructured, requiring autonomy and independent judgment. In-depth experience successfully harmonizing diverse and competing interests. Ability to clearly articulate a position with sound logic, supporting empirical evidence, and impartiality. Ability to effectively represent the organization to a variety of both internal and external constituencies. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
