Role :: Data Scientist(Healthcare Domain) Location :: 100% Remote Type :: Contract Job description Skillset: Programming Proficiency: Extensive experience in Python or R, leveraging the latest data science libraries and frameworks for data preprocessing, and dashboard integration. UI Development Expertise: Skilled in creating user-friendly interfaces using tools like Python Streamlit, Dash, or RShiny, integrated within Domino platform. Expert in Data Collection, Integration, and Preprocessing: Skilled in collecting, integrating, cleaning, and organizing both structured and unstructured data using APIs and other methods, ensuring datasets are prepared for exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and AI models. Text Mining and NLP Expertise: Ability to apply NLP techniques to extract important information from research papers, abstracts, and clinical guidelines for model inputs and using NLP to handle unstructured data (e.g., study abstracts), converting them into features or vectors for machine learning models. Generative AI and GPT: Proficiency in using the OpenAI GPT API to generate insights, summaries, and prompt engineering to extract relevant information from unstructured text, including research papers, and clinical guidelines. Healthcare Experience Must : Background in healthcare, medical affairs, and oncology is a strong advantage, providing an understanding of industry-specific data and nuances.
