Key Responsibilities: Craft and refine reports for senior leaders. Establish and monitor operational metrics/OKRs. Manage internal communications and support key initiatives. Oversee budgets, providing insights for financial management. Collaborate with stakeholders and handle enterprise requests. Enhance PMO methodologies and lead project manager community. Organize and lead learning sessions and team-building activities. Support leadership events and develop knowledge management strategies. Must-Have Qualifications: Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in team-building and fostering a positive culture. Adaptability and a focus on efficiency and improvement. Proven multitasking and self-motivation skills. Experience with budget oversight. Bachelors Degree and 5+ years in software development. Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.). Agile methodology experience.
