Length: Long-Term Contract Network Security Architect-Illumio for a company in Phoenix that is in the financial industry. This pivotal role involves integrating our client's firewall infrastructure with the newly acquired Illumio Zero Trust Micro-segmentation solution. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Palo Alto Firewall technologies (strongly preferred) or Cisco technologies, coupled with deep experience and understanding of firewall rule set structures and functions, along with the data they produce. This is a 12+ month contract and this will be a hybid working model for the following locations: Palo Alto, CA / Sandy, UT / Sunrise, FL / New York, NY / Phoenix, AZ. To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following: Key contributor to the implementation of Illumio Zero Trust Micro-segmentation solutions and integration with existing firewall technologies, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of firewall functionalities and limitations. Extensive experience as a Network Security Architect, with a specialized focus on Palo Alto or Cisco technologies. Provide expert guidance on the intricacies of firewall architectures, rulesets, and log data interpretation to the integration project team. In-depth understanding of the interface between firewalls and zero trust / micro-segmentation solutions. Thorough knowledge of large public cloud providers, particularly AWS and Azure, and their network security models. Serve as the primary interface between firewalls and zero trust micro-segmentation solutions, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced security posture. Trust is Contagious!!
