This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical projects by designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reliable Java code. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain high-quality Java code for enterprise-level systems. Debug and resolve issues in existing Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance current systems and develop new solutions. Ensure smooth performance and operation of messaging services like Active MQ. Utilize relational and non-relational databases, including MSSQL, MongoDB, and REDIS. Work with tools like Eclipse, Visual Studio, Maven, and GIT for software development. Implement caching, threading, and synchronization concepts to optimize application performance. Contribute to software architecture and redesign projects, particularly for multi-threaded applications. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field. 6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering. 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Java-based applications. Strong experience with messaging services, databases, and software configuration tools (GIT, Subversion). Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with .NET, C#, Linux, and Windows systems. Experience working with XML, JSON, SQL, and ORM. Knowledge of security best practices and systems hardening.
