Communication

MIM and customer managing skills

ITIL - Incident Management

Job Description/ Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related experience

At least three to five years experience working in a prior incident/crisis management role.

Strong experience working with IT Service Management Tools ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks including ITIL and COBIT.

Experience with APM and Infrastructure Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Splunk.

Experience providing support for cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure.

Experience with cloud architecture (containers, PODs,) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)

Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
