From: Amit Kushwaha, KKSA [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: - SAP Transportation Management Consultant Location: USA-Remote Contract Who are we looking for A 7+ years experienced Associate Manager ERP Mandatory Requirements: 7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the areas of LE-TRA/WM and SD 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP Transportation Management Must have done at-least 1 full life cycle of SAP Transportation Management implementation in S/4 HANA and 2-3 implementations in SCM TMS. Must be thorough with configurations in the areas of transportation planning, transportation execution, Cost and freight settlement, integration to SD, EWM and EM for tracking and tracing. Knowledge of data distribution framework and post processing framework (PPF) settings required Must have experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF S/4 HANA TMS Certification preferred Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work. Experience in the health care regulated industries a plus Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps. Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology Technical Skills: Job Responsibilities: Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget Be a hands on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise Lead design workshops with the client. The candidate should be a Degree in BE/BTech/MSC/MBA/MCA with good academic records from premier institute. Fluent English Process Skills: (MM)Design and deploying Procurement scenarios like Subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders, and Consignment process. Strong Integration knowledge with other SAP Areas like SD and FI. Should have worked on designing Interfaces with SAP / Non-SAP systems. Strong Client handling and communication skills. ( Same with PP processes and scenarios ) Resource level Senior Mandatory skills S/4 HANA Implementation. 8 to 10+ years of SAP experience with should have worked on 3 end to end Implementations with atleast one of them S/4. In-depth knowledge on Data Migration. Remote only within the United States. Certification: Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or industry certification. S/4 HANA TMS Certification preferred.
