In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AI systems that leverage machine learning to both forecast outcomes and generate new content or insights. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems, utilizing AI to create predictive models that anticipate trends while also building generative models to develop novel solutions and enhance creativity. Key Responsibilities: Develop, train, and deploy predictive models that analyze historical data and forecast outcomes (e.g., regression, time-series analysis, classification). Design and implement generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers) for applications like content creation, image synthesis, and text generation. Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate both predictive and generative models into production environments. Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline optimization for building scalable AI solutions. Drive innovation by exploring cutting-edge advancements in both predictive and generative AI, keeping the company at the forefront of technology. Build AI solutions tailored to different industry needs, enhancing decision-making, automation, customer experience, and creativity. Conduct model evaluation, validation, and tuning to ensure optimal performance for both predictive and generative use cases. Communicate complex AI solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Skills and Qualifications: Masters or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields. Strong expertise in both predictive modeling (e.g., time series forecasting, classification, regression) and generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and cloud platforms for deploying AI solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Experience in data analytics for predictive modeling as well as creative AI applications for generative tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Strong communication skills to present AI strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience: Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Experience with cloud-based AI solutions and large-scale AI deployments. A background in industries like healthcare, finance, entertainment, or manufacturing is a plus.
