Work with various Biz and IT team leaders to understand goals of existing and new digital transformation programs. Work with various vendor platform vendors in selecting the right platform for the transformation initiatives in Customer Sales and Service, ERP-Finance etc. Architecture and Technology Guidance Lead in Implementation of platforms for various use cases Full Stack Technical Lead Exceptionally good understanding of Java based application architecture covering architecture and design patterns, data models in SQL and NoSQL DB, Microservices based design, Integration with modernized integration platforms. Good understanding of retail processes across the organization and its mapping to various systems in the IT landscape Comparison of various vendor platforms for a transformation program and recommendation of the right choice based on client requirements. Experience in implementation of various retail platforms across customer experience lifecycle covering organization sales, customer service, social media messaging. Experience in implementation of financial ops within retail industry Experience in using various Development and Testing tools. Cloud Experience in using DevOps Toolset for deploying apps on Cloud. Good experience in use of common cloud native platforms across any public cloud provider Agile Delivery Experience in agile methodology execution Valuable experience in working with multi-geo teams Key qualities High energy and drive minimum need for supervision and direction Confident and articulate ability to share ideas confidently and seek feedback. Outstanding communication skills Qualifications Required The candidate's depth and breadth of experience that require leadership technology roles and are client facing. The following qualifications are desired in all candidates: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in computer science/IT from a top university 10-12 years of experience in the IT services industry Played the role of Full Stack Tech Lead in Retail Transformation Programs Experience in leading Digital transformation programs for Big and Medium sized retailers Ability to learn and scale on new technologies is a must.
