In your new role, youll prepare, analyse and provide reporting on all project plans, controls and resource plans and make sure that the plans are in line with any wider programme plans and controls. Youll drive activities to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be implemented and handed over. Youll lead a team through the project lifecycle, setting team objectives and carrying out individual assessments, while building and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions. Other responsibilities: Own and drive the project delivery to meet its outcomes and milestone on time and on target Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies Lead and monitor the production of a project milestones and make sure that the solutions clearly support the required outcomes and is aligned to our strategic goals Analyse the appropriate statements and prepare estimates for approval Drive the creation of a financial business case Track and report project costs and make sure that the project is completed in allotted budgets Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 8-10+ years of experience as Project Manager; Minimum 5+ years of experience working with financial institutions as a PM; Experience delivering large complex regulatory projects to financial institutions and its growth agenda; Experience with Investment Banks and Trading platforms; Strong Fixed income Experience; Knowledge and familiarity of external trading venues and clearing houses; Strong change management experience; A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and senior managers; Nice to Have Skills: Specific Experience / knowledge of Rule 15c3-5 (Market Access Rule); Thanks and Regards, Inder Negi Sr. Technical Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC Frisco, Texas E: [email protected] Keywords: green card Connecticut Project Manager || Hybrid-Hartford, CT [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1760851&uid= |
