Position: ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location: McLean, VA or Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Description: We are seeking a skilled SNOW ITOM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions to enhance our IT service delivery and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Customize ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business needs. Create and maintain documentation, including design specifications and user guides. Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and reliability. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing ITOM solutions. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices to recommend improvements. Train and mentor junior developers and team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on ITOM. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ITIL concepts and practices. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ITOM certification. Experience with database management and SQL. Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools.
