Position: Change Management Analyst (Sometimes called a Change Enablement Analyst) Location : ONSITE in MEMPHIS, TN (If not in Memphis, then they need to be willing to relocate DAY ONE.) Interview mode: Zoom Video Interview Terms: 18 month contract MUST HAVE SKILLS: ENGLISH MUST BE FLAWLESS AND RECOGNIZABLE COMPANIES 8+ years implementing Change enablement / Management plans for enterprise companies 6+ years creating an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners 5+ years analyzing (or re-engineering) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively 5+ years defining and evaluating change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project 5+ years with one or more documentation tools to create high quality knowledge base articles/technical documentation with consistent formatting SAMPLE WORK IS 100% REQUIRED NOT NEGOTIABLE (PER ALSAC) 5+ years leveraging multiple communication channels targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds. SAMPLE WORK IS 100% REQUIRED NOT NEGOTIABLE (PER ALSAC) 5+ years creating training material for self-service and in-person/virtual modes of learning using digital authoring tools (DAS, Articulate Rise, and/or video) SAMPLE WORK IS 100% REQUIRED NOT NEGOTIABLE (PER ALSAC) About the Client: ALSAC St. Jude is unlike any other pediatric treatment and research facility.
