Experience in building product hierarchies and how to build/manage them Experience in data governance programs. Once MDM is up and running, how should we govern Data Quality/Data Cleansing how do you identify rules, build them, track them, report on them Experience in digital transformation of a sizable effort. I think project management is a good skill, however any good tech leader should understand how to approach the work and break it down into discrete tasks with timelines. Deep skills in data profiling enough to query the data themselves and to direct and coach others. And when issues are found, some experience in remediation approaches. High level architecture the overall data flow the relationship of systems such as those in our primary project which are: xDM (Semarchy), SAP, EDP.
