The Infrastructure team is responsible for all technical infrastructure, from latency optimized systems that execute trades at financial exchanges around the world, to massive computing clusters used for quantitative research. This is a unique opportunity to make a large impact at a world class financial technology firm on the cutting edge. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a very fast-paced and demanding environment. Requirements The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Windows and Mac systems at a large scale. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, M365, Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11. Experience with in-office IT is a strong requirement, as this person will be overseeing all technology in our global offices and conference rooms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with desktop troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service. A large aspect of this role is troubleshooting with our employees around the world. We are looking for a mid- to-senior level candidate. Minimum 3-5 years. Former experience in the FinTech sector is not a requirement. A degree in information technology and/or an A Plus certification is a requirement for this role. This is an in-office role.
