Previous experience in a data center is a requirement. The ideal candidate will have both basic server and networking troubleshooting skills. Being highly organized is a top requirement , as this role will be managing multiple (15-20) projects at once. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to accomplish tasks without micromanagement. This person should have communication skills, as they will be very hands-on with vendor relations. Former experience in the FinTech sector is not a requirement, nor is it preferred. No specific degree is required for this role. This is an in-office role.
