Under the direction of the Qorvo management team, Supplier resource will be responsible for the following Key Objectives: Project manage the activities and schedule of the business process team to ensure completion of all deliverables per the integrated project plan Cascade and communicate program information Partner with Business Process Architect and Deloitte leads to ensure collaboration & delivery Manage and escalate issues, risks, concerns Avoid, recognize, manage and reduce conflicts Collaborate with Business Process Architect, Business Transformation Office, system integrators, Source to pay cross-functional team, Sourcing and Procurement members, IT, etc to ensure alignment on Business requirements. Maintain oversight and accountability for Global operations value commitments and overall project performance metrics, identify areas for optimization. Partner with our organizational change management (OCM) enablement team to ensure smooth adoption of the solution and processes. Support development and execution of training plan to ensure seamless transition after go live.
