The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure, ensuring the highest level of performance, security, and availability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network environments using Ciscos advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco technologies (routers, switches, firewalls). Deploy and configure Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for network automation, policy enforcement, and network assurance. Utilize DNAC for centralized management, monitoring, and optimization of network operations. Conduct network assessments, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve network efficiency. Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault isolation on complex network issues. Support the configuration, administration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN environments. Collaborate with security teams to ensure network security best practices are followed. Develop and document network designs, configurations, and processes. Provide support for network upgrades, changes, and maintenance windows. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco solutions, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Qualifications: CCNP Certification is required (Enterprise, Security, or Data Center preferred). Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) is essential. Strong expertise in LAN/WAN, routing (BGP, OSPF), and switching (VLAN, STP). Experience with network automation, software-defined networking (SDN), and policy-based management using Cisco DNAC. Proficiency with network security protocols and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS). Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network monitoring tools. Familiarity with wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, controllers) is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
