Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in the any ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business) Modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor and d good understanding not limited to Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation. Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll. Optional: 1 or more years public sector HCM payroll implementation experience. Strong verbal and written executive communication skills Desirable Skills: Experience with project management, solutioning and delivery. Skilled at project planning and management including advising on workshop facilitation, deliverables, application configuration, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practices. Bring exposure and familiarity with the complex ERP experience and deep competences in Oracle solutions, tools, and capabilities.
