Lead the planning, development, and execution of mock conversions including cutover from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. Manage the creation and updates of technical designs, build processes, and unit testing for data conversions. Understand High level design for conversion, manage and rectify conversion issues, collaborate with clients to confirm data validations and reconciliation, collaborate with offshore to modify programs, understand and address conversion impact on payroll Proactively remove blockers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, including data conversion performance and data quality challenges. Provide technical oversight to ensure data integrity and performance. Strong project management skills to maintain high standards of work product governance. Experience managing timelines, resources, and priorities while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to foster client relationships, handle day-to-day interactions, and navigate challenging conversations with tact. Strong emotional intelligence to manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Adaptable with a commitment to client success through proactive problem-solving and thoughtful guidance. Proven ability to produce high-quality results under tight deadlines. Effective in collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Manage JIRA tasks, risks, decisions, follow-ups with various stakeholders for closure. Manage confluence page updates from time to time, maintain status trackers, send status emails to all relevant stakeholders during mock conversion events.
