Splunk Engineer

Location: Newark, NJ

Interview: Phone + Skype

Job description:

    Maintain and optimize the Splunk platform architecture for large-scale and distributed deployments.

    Establish best practices and develop standards and ensure team adoption.

    Implement and maintain Splunk platform infrastructure and configuration.

    Undertakes day-to-day operational and user support.

    Executes new projects and POCs.

    Performs Splunk Enterprise upgrades and coordinate with infrastructure teams on maintenance and upgrades to Splunk platform.

    ITSI and ES experience preferred.

    Off hour work required for on-call, upgrades and performing changes.
