Experience owning numerical tasks in the queue need to be ready to handle whatever is up next. Tickets come from internal and external users, including business customers and 3rd party vendors. Experience troubleshooting all things within the system for order management, supply chain functionality, various financial modules, etc. Experience managing production support tasks for order integrations knowing where each order is and if there is an issue getting to the bottom of it and resolving it within the system. BA in related field. Details: This person will be joining a team of 6 current analyst/support specialist to own the support for any Oracle Product System issues. They will be working with internal and external users, and customers and various vendors to resolve anything that goes wrong with the supply chain functionality, order management aspects, and financial flows of the system. They will take whatever task is next in the queue and see it through resolution.
