Data and BI Understanding: High-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to handle discussions and drive demos. SQL : Understanding of SQL and Data analysis skill is mandatory Project Management: Ability to track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines. Power BI Demos: Ability to conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments. Onshore-Offshore Model Experience: Prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones. Program Management: Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects. Agile Methodology: Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework. Industry Experience: Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
