Job Responsibilities:

IT Engineer has primary responsibility to upgrade
laptop from Window 7, 10 to windows 11 for walk in users.

Responsible for migration of data from existing
laptop to new laptop.

Checking and doing the data validation after
migration of user data.

Migration user folder or app data which is not
backed up in One drive.

Work with a team of engineers & resolve laptop
migration assigned tickets.

Installing, troubleshooting and supporting Windows
and Mac operating systems and laptops, Microsoft Office365, user access
management, antivirus, VPN, Bitlocker and MFA (Multi factor authentication)

Provide IT support using best practices, models,
and procedures via various methods

Excellent knowledge on MS Windows 10 &11, Mac,
iOS operating system.

Hands on troubleshooting knowledge of LAN/WAN
issues on new devices.

Ability to install/configure & troubleshoot
various types of Printers on new devices.

Ability to configure email accounts on PC &
Mobile devices on new devices.

Demonstrate a proactive approach. Identify and
suggest possible improvements on procedures.

Ensure all issues are properly logged

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one
time

Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems
are fully functional after troubleshooting

Prepare accurate and timely reports

Document technical knowledge in the form of notes
and manuals

Maintain jovial relationships with clients

Job Requirement:

Strong communication skills (English - Verbal &
Written).

Excellent attitude towards user support.

Minimum 3-7 Years of Experience in Local IT
Support.

Preferably ITIL Certification.
