Salesforce Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Visa: USC, H4-EAD Only Job Overview: The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for driving and managing business requirements for Salesforce solutions. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Salesforce administrators to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and optimize platform efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce-related projects. Translate business needs into Salesforce system solutions and provide detailed functional requirements. Work closely with developers and technical teams to implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and improvements. Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for efficiency, usability, and reliability. Provide support for Salesforce system issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews. Create detailed reports, dashboards, and analytics using Salesforce reporting tools. Train and support end-users in the effective use of Salesforce features and functionality. Maintain data integrity and quality in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with internal data governance policies. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, suggesting system enhancements as necessary. Required Skills/Experience: Experience : 3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce projects. Salesforce Knowledge : Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and administration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, or similar). Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze business processes and design Salesforce solutions that meet organizational goals. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions. Collaboration : Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across departments. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, third-party tools). Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and security guidelines. Familiarity with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components). Experience with Salesforce data migration and governance. Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Consultant).
