Hands on experience with IBM BAW, Datapower Hands-on experience in development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on the J2EE application development platform Experience developing workflows, transformations in ESB layer e.g .IBM Datapower Hands-on experience in development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on the J2EE application development platform Hands-on experience participating in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) Hands-on development experience implementing applications utilizing any J2EE Application Server, Authentication and Authorization, Caching strategies Experience implementing business processes in IBM BPEL or equivalent methodology Experience in development of self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components Experience in Test-driven development and test creation using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Selenium Experience developing workflows, transformations in ESB layer e.g .IBM Datapower Experience in implementing best practices in the areas of application design, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
