Basically you want to see someone that is consistently building .NET GIS solutions. The candidate will work remotely, but occasional office visits may be required (sufficient notice provided), and the candidate is responsible for associated costs for the onsite visits. This position does not require Wisconsin residency. The project duration is through June 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension. WORK ARRANGEMENT: 99% Remote [in USA]. The 1% is associated with rare (at the most, one trip a year, sometimes none) on-site visits to Madison, WI. Notice of such on-site visits will be given up to 2 weeks in advance. It is assumed the candidate will cover the costs for these on-site visits. The rest of the time, the resource can work anywhere in the US as long as it matches working hours with the State of Wisconsin (CST). START/END: 10/21/2024 to 06/30/2025 with the possibility of extension. The state cannot post any job beyond the end of the current fiscal year (so while many/most jobs at the state could run multi-year, they all are capped to the current fiscal year to start).
