Data Collection Thread dump, Heap Dump, Packet Capture Usage Data from Splunk, Wavefront, ODL Participation in the CG / SBSEG Load Testing Driving RTB program with Traffic customers which involve working with customers. Historical examples like LMA renewal Infrastructure Tech Mandates like upgrades, cert renewal, security jira.
