Role : ServiceNow Process Engineer Location: Remote Candidates MUST reside in DC, MD, VA, WV, PA, DE, NC, NJ, NY, FL, TX Interview process: 2 rounds of Video interviews Duration: 12 months contract-to-hire Candidate Status Requirement: USC or GC Summary: This resource will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow service request process, service catalog design, service levels/SLAs, and KPIs. This resource will also support service improvements and enforce service guidelines while partnering with all aspects of ITIL and ITIL teams.
