You will be working with a team of other engineers across different skill sets. Roles & responsibilities Lead GenAI Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI/ML projects Align the engineering team toward a technical roadmap Study new LLM research topics and implement the same to showcase technical prowess to clients and build value Required skills 7+ years of professional in building Machine Learning models & systems 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents. Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap. Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must.
