They need to have some experience building applications within CapOne. Be part of an Agile working environment, should have project that were maintaining and deploying applications. They do remediation patching and production. All of their infrastructure is built in the cloud with Fargate and Lambda (AWS). So far her interviews have been lacking in communication or tech skills.
