Expertise in Oracle Data Model and Data flow between various business processes related Core HR, Payroll, Benefit, compensation, ORC, Absence etc., Deep understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, programming, and system integration. Experience in Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
