Job Title: Operational Change Manager Location: San Jose, CA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Partnering with cross-functional team members to assess change impacts and readiness levels; developing plans to address these impacts Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with cross-functional partners of all levels; engaging with and supporting sponsors of the change, including executives and senior leadership Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications; driving program-level and leadership communications for the change Creating enablement plans; providing input for and support training efforts of cross-functional team members; delivering training resources and materials Identifying and managing anticipated resistance, supporting change ambassadors/agents for initiatives as appropriate Establishing and measuring important metrics change adoption and program success Essential Skills: ~5 years of demonstrated ability working with organizational change implementations; certifications (PROSCI, etc.) is a plus Exceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations across various functions and at all levels in an organization Thanks & Regards, Pradeep Sharma Email: [email protected] "Scalable Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
