Proven track record of applying EA principles to real-world scenarios and driving successful automation initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience in mentoring or leading technical teams. Familiarity with security and compliance considerations related to automation solutions. Extensive knowledge of automation technologies, RPA, AI/ML, cloud computing, microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns. Working knowledge and experience in any or all of the following business and technology areas: data management, data streaming technologies, event-based architecture, NoSQL and NewSQL technologies, APIs, SOA, rules engines/BPMs, data architecture and governance.
