Job Description/ Responsibilities We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 14 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Techno Functional including development Testing & Documentation, Scoping, Fine Tuning, Configs, SAP CX Service Core Extensibility, C4C Sales and Integration. Additionally, expertise in Metering Management Customer Relationship Management, and Billing & Payments Management is required Lead the design and implementation of functional architectures to optimize business processes. - Techno functional role with SAP C4C Sales and Services. Hands on Experience working on Code development as well. - Provide detailed scoping and fine-tuning of project requirements to align with business objectives.
