The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with expert knowledge of the Dataiku platform. You will lead our data initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Define and implement data strategies that align with organizational goals. Lead the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and workflows within the Dataiku platform. Ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of data throughout the data lifecycle. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes. Mentor team members on best practices in data management and utilization of Dataiku features. Stay current with industry trends and developments in data analytics and Dataiku updates. Manage data governance and compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a data-related role, with a focus on data analytics and management. Proven expertise in Dataiku DSS, including building data pipelines, machine learning models, and dashboards. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
