Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Data & Analytics or software development environment. Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms. Knowledge of data analytics, data science, and/or data engineering is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading Data & Analytics teams. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
