Role: ServiceNow Developer with IBM MDM Location: Columbus, OH or Dallas, TX (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years Visa: Only H1B with Passport Number Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. Integrate ServiceNow with IBM MDM for data governance and lifecycle management. Design, develop, and implement workflows, forms, and user interfaces in ServiceNow. Maintain data integrity and quality by managing data synchronization and integration between systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop technical solutions. Configure ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Asset Management, and other modules as needed. Implement automation processes for data management in IBM MDM. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow and IBM MDM integration. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. Provide documentation and training for internal stakeholders on newly implemented systems and solutions. Perform unit testing, system integration, and acceptance testing to validate functionalities. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and IBM MDM developments and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Experience with IBM MDM and integration with ServiceNow. Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, and client scripts. Knowledge of data governance, data management, and data quality principles. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies. Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and asset management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
