Position: SAP Service Delivery Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Duration: 12+ months 10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLAs End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with ASM projects.
