The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, coupled with excellent management and interpersonal skills to ensure timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities : Manage and coordinate several complex tech projects in parallel. Own and lead regular meetings, status reporting, and communication to SLT. Identify, resolve, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers as needed. Coordinate efforts between development, product, QA, and release teams. Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high standards of quality. Effectively handle and coordinate teams located in US, Eastern Europe and India. Qualifications : Proven experience in project management, particularly in a technology environment. Strong understanding of software development processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with / understanding of US Tax Reporting, preferred. Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
