Job Title: SAP TM Functional Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Contract C2C/w2/1099 Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned SAP TM Functional Consultant to join our SAP S/4 implementation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client requirements into innovative, deliverable solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and associated SAP modules. You will play a key role in driving the success of the project by collaborating with various teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple business processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP TM Configuration: o Configure SAP TM modules to meet client-specific business requirements. o Ensure the setup of transportation networks, resources, freight agreements, rate tables, and other master data. 2. Integration Expertise: o Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules, including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and third-party systems such as 3PL (Third-Party Logistics). 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, production, warehousing, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of SAP TM within the broader business processes. 4. Solution Architecture: o Work as a Solution Architect to develop differentiated, deliverable solutions that align with the client's business case and value proposition. o Contribute to key decision-making processes and provide problem-solving expertise to the project team. 5. Risk Management: o Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and seamless delivery. 6. Industry Expertise: o Leverage advanced proficiency in SAP for Mining to provide industry-specific solutions that enhance client business operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). Integration Experience: Proven ability to integrate SAP TM with SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP EWM, and third-party logistics systems. Master Data Management: Expertise in managing SAP TM master data, including transportation networks, resources, and freight agreements. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on SAP TM configuration, data integrity, and system performance. Collaboration Skills: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Solution Architecture: Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Solution Architecture. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Experience in the mining industry is a significant advantage. Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Additional Requirements: Language Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in English (C1).
